Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CHEESELOCKS ("we," "us") collects when you visit this page, how we use it, and the choices you have. CHEESELOCKS is a sports data community founded by Cheesaholic. Memberships are sold and managed on Whop.

What we collect

When you visit this page. We and our partners automatically collect basic technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, the links you click, how much of the video you watch, and campaign tags in the link you used (such as UTM codes or an ad click ID).

When you join. You sign up and pay on Whop, not on this page. Whop collects your name, email, and payment details and shares with us what we need to run your membership (for example your username and membership status). Whop handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

We do not ask for or store your card number on this page.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar tools

This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API so we can measure our ads and show them to people who are likely to be interested. These tools may set cookies and send Meta information such as your IP address, browser details, the pages you view, and actions you take here (like starting the video or tapping a join button). Meta uses this under its own privacy policy. Our page host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings under Ad Preferences.

To run this page and our memberships.
To measure and improve our ads and content.
To answer you when you contact us.
To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Meta for ad measurement and targeting may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out as described below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us through the support button on our Whop page. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as an opt-out of targeted advertising where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Age

This page and our memberships are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
