These terms apply to this page and to CHEESELOCKS content and memberships ("CHEESELOCKS," "we," "us"). By using this page or joining, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the page or join.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 21 years old and located somewhere sports betting or the games you play are legal for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live.

2. What CHEESELOCKS is

CHEESELOCKS shares sports data, prop templates, and commentary for entertainment and information. We are not a sportsbook. We do not take bets, hold your money, or place bets for you. Nothing we share is financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Plays lose. Past results, including the records and recaps shown on this page, do not predict or guarantee future results. Any money you play is your decision and your risk. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

4. Memberships, billing and cancellation

Memberships are sold, billed, and managed through Whop. The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay, and taxes may be added based on your location. Memberships renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime inside Whop, and cancelling stops future charges. Refund requests are handled through Whop and are subject to Whop's terms.

5. Your account and our content

Your membership is for your personal use. Please don't share your login, or copy, resell, or redistribute paid data sheets, templates, or recaps. We may remove access for anyone who does, or who harasses other members.

6. Member posts

Member posts and results shown on this page come from our community. Names, avatars, and bet IDs are hidden for privacy. Individual results vary.

7. Third-party services

Whop, Discord, sportsbooks, daily fantasy apps, and other services we mention are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren't responsible for them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CHEESELOCKS is not liable for any betting losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our content. Our content is provided "as is."

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CHEESELOCKS after a change means you accept it.
